Step Up for Animals! 

Elli, Maya (not currently pictured; check back, as photos are being changed out weekly!) & I will be participating in the Animal Humane Society's 35th Annual Walk for Animals. With five Twin Cities locations, they care for nearly 40,000 animals in need each year!

Zoe, our oldest, came from the Animal Humane Society (AHS), while we adopted both Elli and Maya from a pit bull rescue organization, as AHS was not accepting their breed at the time.  That has since changed and, as most of you area aware, I am a volunteer in the dog area at the Golden Valley Animal Humane Society!

This year, the need is as great as it has ever been. Animals also suffer the effects of tough times and this is exactly the time when our commitment must be at its strongest. These animals rely on your support and anything you can give to help me reach my goal will make a big difference in their lives!! 

This is a short walk that goes miles and miles and miles for animals – animals that absolutely need us and absolutely love us.
