TAKE ACTION: Sign this petition to show your support to END THE ABUSE in inhumane commercial breeding facilities in Minnesota

Minnesota is among the top producers of puppies in the United States, with some of the largest breeding kennels in the nation. Kittens are also mass-produced in Minnesota. The state does not license or regulate the dog and cat breeding industry. Due to this lack of oversight, certain breeders cut corners in their operations, creating inhumane breeding practices and conditions and producing unhealthy animals.

I believe animals, like people, deserve to be treated humanely. I believe consumers must be protected. I believe businesses, such as breeders, should be held accountable and believe regulation will help distinguish reputable breeders from inhumane breeders. I support legislation to regulate dog and cat breeders in Minnesota.
