Community pledge

In early 2012 we will launch a community pledge that will ask individuals to do three simple things to reduce animal homelessness and euthanasia and create a better world for all animals:
- adopt a shelter or rescue pet
- spay/neuter their pets
- id their pets
Our goal is to have 1 million people take the community pledge over the course of three years. This will help increase pet adoptions and reduce the numbers of animals coming into shelters.
The community pledge will be shared with animal welfare organizations across the country to help them bring the same message to their community.
