Register for the Walk
There are two ways you can participate in the Walk for Animals and raise funds to help homeless animals in our community. Sign up as an individual or be part of a team! You don’t have to physically attend the walk in order to help. We love our Dog Walkers, but need Cat Nappers too. The animals appreciate your help either way!
Participate as an individual
When you sign up as an individual, we make it easy for you to personalize your fundraising page, stay connected to family, friends and other supporters as well as stay on top of your donations!
- Make a personal page as unique as the pets you are helping. Tell your story, upload photos and easily connect with your social circles. We make sending emails to friends and family a snap!
- Staying on top of your donations has never been easier. See who has opened emails, who has donated, and easily follow-up with your supporters!
- Earn badges to display on your fundraising page and share on your social networks! See how many unique badges you can get!
Form a team
The Walk for Animals is all about community. Bring yours together and raise funds for animals in need. Gather together five or more people and pool your talents together to compete for team trophies. It’s people power for the animals!
Choose from the following three team categories
- Family and Friends
- Corporate
- Veterinarians
Each category has its own trophy for the top team. Individual team members can still earn prizes and badges based upon their individual fundraising efforts.
Join an existing team
Joining an existing team is simple, simply do a search for the name of the team you'd like to join. Just keep in mind that your team captain must have already created the team for you to join.
If you want to continue your team efforts from a past Walk, all you have to do is search and re-join. It’s never been easier!
